At Green Balance Ayurveda, we aim to deliver your order quickly, safely, and with complete transparency.

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

  • Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email/WhatsApp confirmation with your order details.

2. Shipping Timelines

  • Within India: Orders are usually delivered within 4–7 business days, depending on your location.

  • Remote or rural areas: Delivery may take slightly longer (up to 10 business days).

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹299.

  • For orders below ₹299, a standard shipping charge of ₹49–₹79 may apply (visible at checkout).

  • Cash on Delivery (COD), if available, may include an additional fee.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email/WhatsApp.

  • You can use this link to check real-time updates on your order status.

5. Delays

  • Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as courier issues, natural events, or high order volume.

  • If your order is delayed, our support team will notify you and assist you promptly.
